步入職場將屆滿三年了
其實很失望....
T大EE碩士
本身待在台北一家IC設計公司 RD
三次加薪的幅度分別是 +472 +13xx +0
我覺得很扯
每天也是操到時十一二點下班
但是年薪連高考公務員都不如
礙於合約不能有其他選擇
於是心一橫 假日就來兼家教
每個月多賺三五千 聊勝於無
但是對於其他公司分紅 動輒十幾二十萬(同樣職等)
就很心酸...
分紅十萬的話 我最少要家教 20個月才抵得上...
這報酬率實在太低了@@
各位有沒有什麼兼職或者外快的方式 分享一下吧
曾經想過能不能當個業餘保險業務 房仲等...
不過 好像沒這回事
他們要的都是全職
你才會死命幫他們拼業績
所以就打消這念頭了
