是這樣的 我發覺自己最近胖很多 整個臉都腫起來 內衣也變緊了
原因當然是吃太多東西 平均一天伙食費要200左右
可是吃東西對我來講是一種宣洩壓力的管道
下班後 即使不餓 我還是要買點食物 不然我會覺得根本沒休息到
如果沒買的話 我回到家也會一直想著要吃什麼食物
我的食量不會很大 但會買超過自己食量的東西
例如我會買到200元的鹽酥雞 很怕吃不夠的拼命挾
回到家 吃不到一半就不想吃
而且我是一個人在異地生活 加上自己也不會煮飯
基本上三餐都是吃外食 飲食也不怎麼健康
焦慮時想吃東西 放鬆時也想吃東西 整天都在想吃的
想請問大家有什麼方法能改掉這個瘦了荷包 胖了自己的壞習慣 謝謝^^
