如何與下屬相處 - 職場

一年前由業務被升為業務主管
因為自己當過業務
所以能體會被主管一直掌控 不好做事的感覺
對下屬主要都用開放式的管理
一般的案子除非有很大的問題 否則不會過問
大案子則會適時的詢問狀況 再建議他們該怎麼做
也有要求他們有問題一定要回報
近期有位資深業務前10分鐘才與她長談尊重這兩個字
主要客戶的討論會議我要進去 她也說理解
但下一秒 她又自己去跟其他部門開會討論提案內容
後來我問她為什麼又沒告知我
她只回以為我知道會自己進會議室
(但那天開會時間delay 要開會時主動提醒主管不是應該的嗎?)
連聲抱歉也沒說 只說:鼻要生氣啦
周一她休假 假日她傳訊息跟我說某客戶有提案需求
周一其他部門的人會與我討論客戶狀況
我問她客戶提案背景 結果一天過去了 已讀不回
好像是在說:週一討論你就知道了 現在假日問那麼多幹麻
請問遇到這樣的狀況該如何處理
以前我當業務主管問什麼即便問廢話 我也沒超過半天沒回訊息過 因為這是尊重
她年紀比我小 我剛進這間公司時也曾一起當過業務同事 相處沒任何問題
但自從我當主管後 關係本來就會變 該有的尊重我這一年來感受真的不深
該溝通的也溝通好幾次了 這次該怎麼處理呢
