學歷似乎在工作一段時間後還是重要? - 薪水

最近要找新職缺發現比較好的缺都會要求學歷跟成績.

Job Qualifications:
-Ph.D. or M.S. degree from a leading US university and B.S. degree from the
top university in US, China, India, Israel, Russia, Thailand (or from other
leading universities in the world) in a highly analytical field, such as
Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Financial
Engineering or any other related field that is highly analytical and
quantitative
-Ranked as top 20% in class for bachelor's degree

不過薪水確實有開的比較高,約在1千萬~2千萬左右的年薪,看來要往上爬還是要補足學

歷這塊,會這樣問是因為本來想去甲骨文,但大部份它們只找CMU之類的大學,薪水雖然較

低(500萬左右),新鮮人起薪約350萬. CV投過去似乎第一階段就被filter掉了,其實我自

已找過新人也大概知道發生了什麼事,通常來一堆CV你沒時間全看,就算是有經驗的人

也會在第一段就被刪了,從3000人設完條件大概剩100~200人...再來再依照條件去刪.

看來只能靠人脈幫忙介紹或是找HH幫忙了..Orz
