I am doing well!
前陣子把護士的工作辭掉了,因為生病!
I resigned from the nurse job because I was sick a while ago.
目前還在找工作
So far I am still looking for a new job/applying for new jobs.
姐姐還在台北工作,很忙,
My elder sister is still working in Taipei. She is very busy.
明年底可能要結婚了
She might get married at the end of next year.
Or
Her wedding might be at the end of next year.
弟弟讀高中二年級,越來越胖
My younger brother is a sophomore in high school. He has been gaining weight.(較不客氣的說法：He is getting fat!)
爸媽都很好
Dad and Mom are both fine.
你們什麼時候要回台灣?
When are you coming/moving back to Taiwan?--這句是問何時搬回台灣住。
When are you visiting us in Taiwan?--這句是問何時回台灣看我們。

I am fine. I just quit the nursing job a while ago because of sicknes, and I am still looking for a new job.

Our sister is still working in Taipei, and she is very busy. She might get married by the end of next year.

Our brother is a sophomore student in a senior high school, and he has been putting on some weight lately.

I'm doing pretty well. Because I got sick, I had quited my nursing job. I'm still looking for a new job, and our sister is still busy for working in Teipei. She might probably get married next year. Our little brother is going to be the second year in high school, and he is getting more fat. Our parents are good too. When are you coming back to Taiwan?

I am fine. Due to take sick, I quit my nurse job for a while and seeking for a new job now.
Elder sister is still working in Taipei, and plans to get marry by the end of next year.
Younger brother is 2nd grade of high school now. He is getting weight a lot than before.
Parents are also fine.
