兩個問題，懇請協助
第一個是有關質點動力學

我的問題在於第一行公式
Vax+Vb=4/5Va/b=4/5u
從力平衡圖來看Vax和Vb根本就方向相反
求水平方向合力Vax-Vb=4/5Va/b=4/5u應該是這樣寫才對
想請問這樣是為何?
第二個問題是有關剛體運動學

速度是逆時鐘轉，所以應該是負
那角速度應該也是負，請問為何是正
還有這裡的k代表的是什麼?
-10i+10k(2cos30i+2sin30j)=-20i+17.32j
ki=j請問是如何作的
最後是角加速度，是如何求的?
關於這一章問題比較多比較難理解，懇請協助
