這句話出自一堆找不到員工,但工作環境又很糟的老闆裡
基本上在現在工作機會越來越多的情況,找不到人就該加碼請人
但卻還在那罵年輕人不肯出苦?
首先苦力粗重相關工作,水泥工,綁鐵,搬貨等
目前能知道的是這方面的相關人才大量被拉進志願役裡
畢竟現代教育的制度下,擁有粗壯體格的人越來越少
越來越多韓系風格瘦弱型的。
再來是水電.弱電相關
以前長有人說不想讀書就去學水電
但是現代實際狀況是要學會電相關知識+各種法規+要會規劃畫.看設計圖等
不喜歡讀書的學到這,腦袋就打結 逃的逃了
至於對這方面有興趣的,早就在學生時期畢業後去科技廠了
去科技廠能夠擁有不輸水電的薪水 甚至更多,也不用待在3k環境
能力差一點也能去跑維修相關工作,也沒跟水電差太多薪水。
工廠操作大型機台3K環境,CNC,沖床等
這些年輕人看到的是待退休或退休的的老人,各種有病
有聽力嚴重退化.吸入過多粉塵離癌.
為了工作快速關掉安全機制結果身上哪斷一截的,薪水也沒說特高
還有看到新聞上播報,當員工身體出事就被傳產老闆踢出工廠,然後怎樣的新聞
說薪水請多高都沒人來,但實際狀況是高工時月休4日,算起來也沒比較高
看到認識的老闆一直抱怨說沒有要來,但年收入都非常高
要他們加薪又說不能破壞行情,時代都已經變了 還在用過去的行情?
這種問題難道真的只能等少子化發酵
老闆真的請不到人大量倒閉之後才有辦法解決嘛?
