從自己做起 - 加班

將近四年前，我從自己做起，當了老闆，希望自己不要步入以前討厭的老闆的後塵。
新創公司，成本壓力大，工作內容不複雜，薪水給的不高，只有26400。
勞健保該我付的我付（以實領薪資申報），加班費該算的算，全勤、職務加給另計，
每天補助一餐。三節獎金（很微薄的半張小朋友）。假日加班就以雙倍薪資計算。
女性員工可請生理假(沒有不准過）。
如今，除了第一年過後只留一位元老以外，第二批以後的員工，流動率都不大，
目前六位員工只有一位資歷不到一年。薪水大約實領都在3萬-3萬5之間。
燒錢的日子已經過去，我應該可以繼續實現我的承諾。
這三年下來，我常常機會教育要員工注意勞基法給自己的權利，
