怎樣拒絕教人？ - 職場

我知道進入職場最怕的就是老鳥不教菜鳥
現在，我不是老鳥
但是…在部門內，我目前還有一點點因為會的很他們不一樣
所以有用處
主管短期內不會把我調走之類的
想離開現在的這個部門
但是需要時間
美其名是懇定我的態力，要我去接另一個同事的工作
然後我現有的工作要和同事A交接
同事A也很積極的在問工作內容&處理
但是…他問的那些，正是我現在賴以生存在這個部門的「技能」
目前…我不想教他
他會了，我就一定會被迫離開
上頭的主管很不看重我們這些已經會的
（可能跟之前的上面的角力有關係）
但不知道要怎麼拒絕
不知道版友們有沒有辦法提供意見呢？
