如題,我身高180公分體重82公斤算胖的所以我想減肥但是自己很貪吃,每天都想吃又很愛喝飲料每天至少2杯(寶特瓶量或清心那種)不喝又覺得對不起自己這是我平常吃的東西:早餐:蔥油餅+奶茶或咖啡牛奶(如果吃早午餐則多加漢堡或煎餃及1份蛋餅。)午餐:一個便當(雞排或豬排)、蛋包飯、肉羹麵、牛��
