想請問30歲的轉職 - 職涯

你好 小弟今年三十有一。
之前呆在保全業，想說換各一環境。
一、我專科同學家開的螺絲工廠，進去後起薪很低(可能基本薪資)，類似學徒
不過學得快，能獨當一面的話(師傅)，薪水可能五六萬 都有，不過就是遠了點(30分鐘的
車程)
二、某國內龍頭系統保全(中X)，薪水三萬起，不過第一年都要熬大夜。
不知道大家能給點意見，依各無助徬徨的老人。
