想請問財管的問題 - 金融分析師

the tresurer usually oversees the following functions of a corporation except:
1.preparetion of financial statement
2.investor relationships
3.cash management
4.raising new capital

答案是只有1

如果沒有誤解題意的話 應該是在問會計著重的部份除了以下哪些
想問為什麼2和4都算在會計的範疇呢?
投資者的關係以及舉債不是屬於財管內容嗎??

可是我怎麼算都上萬= =

我的想法是 利用年金公式 利率為12%/12=1% 期數為12*30=360
