看到板上有人在問保健食品,
分享一下個人的平日保養提供給各位參考。
1.我在辦公室會放一件外套:
冷的時候可以穿 ,中午午休可以當小枕頭窩著,
這樣手肘才不會疼痛 ,手臂的血液循環也會比較好喔!
2.如果你知道會去中藥房抓四物(一包50)燉雞湯喝,就在經期後食用。
如果要方便使用,我每個月經期會去買一盒四物飲,結束後一天一瓶連喝六天
目前喝過各廠牌,還是推薦SELINA代言的那家,比較純!

3.因為我的工作要一直盯著螢幕,我準備了專點戴著隱形眼鏡的眼藥水
眼睛痠澀時記得點幾滴讓眼睛休息一下喔~
4.長時間的思考耗費我許多精神,補充體力的話請吃"維他命B群+C"
5.最近我的上述保養品吃光了,這次換山桑子膠囊,
據稱可以顧眼睛補體力,感覺不錯。
6.若要防老化,請挑選"維他命E"或者是"銀杏"的產品來吃喔
7.若有排便困擾,請挑選"鳳梨酵素""乳酸菌"類
標榜保健腸胃、排便順暢的產品服用喔!
水果請多吃纖維多的種類,香蕉、木瓜、鳳梨、橘橙類
8.帶一小瓶乳液或護手霜,午休結束擦擦手擦擦腳按摩一下,
也讓香味的芬芳使自己心情愉悅些,以迎接下午工作的挑戰!
9.能不憋尿就不憋,以防尿道炎!!!
10.辦公室坐久了屁屁會變大,最好多起身走動動動筋骨!!!
注意事項:
1.一天之內不要多次或同時吃太多保養品,因為吃多了人體不會吸收只會排出。
最多就是 早上選一種就好、吃一錠 到了下午 選一種就好、吃一錠。
很多保健食品你仔細看上面說明 會寫 "多食無益"!!!
2.還有保存期限要注意,含維他命C的產品開封後愈快吃完愈好,會氧化~~~
