數學不好的人是不是不適合當主管 - 職場

這裡不是指數學計算能力
而是數學邏輯能力
將各式各樣情況數據化
或是分析部屬和外單位給予的數據並訂出策略的能力
最簡單的例子就是KPI的制定
無論是個人KPI還是部門KPI
訂定時都要有數據佐證且符合邏輯
而不是憑空想像
但我發現不少人當上主管但他的數學邏輯並不好
還在用老式企業那一套我說得算下屬聽就是
結果就是訂出來的政策或下達的計畫越來越歪
績效表現不好時只會怪底下的人不夠努力
公司在選擇升任主管的人選時
除了看他是不是自己人、夠不夠聽話
數學邏輯能力是不是也該為重要依據之一?
