會計帳有很多問題 - 職場

我是從今年四月接手這間小公司的會計，有跟前會計交接10天，我沒會計實務經驗（去年應屆畢業生），所以當她跟我說如何做這些基本帳，我都很相信她都照做，但做到現在滿四個月一直覺得有些帳目很奇怪，譬如公司有美金帳戶她沒做這塊，月結進貨也沒借進貨，貸應付帳款，直接變成借應付票據，貸銀行存款，還有公司根本沒有分類帳....等等，很多奇怪的地方。
有問過公司請的會計師，她也嚇了一跳。我不知該怎麼辦，要整理公司的內帳對我來說很困難，我不知我做的到是對是錯，沒有主辦會計幫我審核，問公司老闆們還覺得我大驚小怪。
9月有國內員工旅行，是否要撐到那時？還是愈早離開愈好？
請給我意見，謝謝
