事情是這樣的，我在某家公司任職今年2月滿一週年
4月份時領3月份的薪水的時候
說你滿一年了，這一年也滿認真的給你加薪一千元
但今天領4月份的薪水時，想說怎麼薪水又變成加薪前
老闆回答是說，上個月不是領過加薪的薪水了嘛，就這樣而已阿
滿一年的加薪就加那一次，之後還是照舊
本人想問這種加薪常見嘛？？？
還有現在我是公司最資深的，更資深的跑光了
在下一位是來一個月的菜鳥，我該注意什麼？
