我有個讀高三年滿18的姪女目前至7-11打工,時薪103元,老闆告訴她因為是工讀生,所以3個月後才會加入勞健保,並且6個月內薪水只領半薪,待做滿6個月後才可領取另外半薪,請問這樣合理嗎?我們可以循何種途徑爭取該有權利?謝謝幫忙回答~
