因為我在超商打工,我知道現在基本工時是95,可是老闆卻說他算的是基本工資17280在除以我上班天數平分,說我這樣換算後時薪是75,可是我是工讀生,我不是像正職一樣每天上班,月休四天那種,我幾乎是撿人家休假的班補上,那這樣老闆也是可以用基本工資算嗎?我想要有人幫我解答這個問題,然後想請問假如說我上班8小時,可是因為不準時下班而會拖時間,是拖多久狀況才可以加錢?請大大幫我解題,謝謝
