已爬文,但還是覺得老闆說法很怪,是否該逃?
當時進公司時簽了一份合約,內容是說「每月保障薪XX元,獎金...」,
結果老闆發現有人一直拿獎金後,
今年初改成「每月業績未達xx萬,若連續兩個月未達,第二個月保障薪降為XX元...」,更
別說獎金更難拿了,
老闆認為保障薪跟底薪不同,保障薪是多給我們的福利,所以他高興降就降,是這樣嗎?
困惑中...
