【工作內容】
1、Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industry, wha
t they do, their work culture and environment.
2、Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage prioritie
s efficiently.
3、Maintaining a strong relationship with our hiring partners
4、Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providin
g guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward.
5、Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale.
6、Partnering with our Sales counterparts to ensure our marketplace is success
ful.
【徵求條件】
1、Minimum 2 years experiences experience working within sales or recruitment
- We will also consider analytically minded people working in roles that are d
ata intensive.
2、High EQ and ability to adapt.
Must have a passion for technology and recruitment.
3、Must be solution and process-oriented.
4、We are an in-office culture. Flexibility is fine, but most people in our bu
siness team work Monday - Friday 9-6 and are available on weekends when need b
e to support candidate needs (but we won't abuse your weekends)
5、Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startu
p environment that is rapidly changing and iterating. Previous experience work
ing in a startup environment would be an added advantage.
