一、主文

原處分撤銷。

使用者 suweiQQ 於 part-time 板處分水桶 30 日併退文 1 篇。

二、說明

經檢視原文後，確實如申訴人所言，一篇為計時工讀而另一篇為正職，應視為相異，

並未違反 part-time 板看板使用規範第十二條第三項。


然於 part-time 板發表正職工作之文章，違反該板使用規範第十四條第二項第一款，

依同法第十六至十九條，最低處分期為水桶三十日，得併退文。


#1R60MnMD (part-time) 屬正職之徵才文，退文；

#1R5ypSPh (part-time) 經檢視，「工作地點」一項不合規定，維持刪文決定。
