機械系不唸研究所未來出路? - 職涯

本人目前112機械系就學中
但越念越覺得我不適合唸機械,考試總是考不好
加上本身個性屬於沒有耐心型,進實驗室應該會很難熬,因此不想念研究所..
未來希望畢業後馬上就業,想請問各位大大機械系大學畢業大概的工作方向嗎?
會因為沒有碩士學歷而求職困難或是升遷不易嗎?
