檢舉就業歧視會影響後路嗎? - 求職

就業服務法第5條第1項規定,雇主對於求職者或現任員工,不可以「種族、階級、語言、
思想、宗教、黨派、籍貫、出生地、性別、性傾向、年齡、婚姻、容貌、五官、身心障礙
、星座、血型或以往工會會員身分」而有歧視。其中,「性別」、「年齡」等與生俱來、
無法改變的特質,是禁止就業歧視的基本精神。

前陣子開始新工作
但是後來主管找我決定做到前幾天
要資遣我就是
但是資遣原因居然和就業服務法第五條內容相關
是哪一項在此不便說,總之有就是了
也就代表這間公司已經涉及就業歧視
目前有兩種狀況:
第一種朋友說:
已經和身為律師朋友談話
這位律師建議提出檢舉!
第二種朋友說:
公司有公司的考量
不是大家都要配合你
況且人家也給了你工作薪水及資遣
別檢舉了,同業很小,檢舉了你被黑掉.....
找下一個工作吧,打起精神來
現在有這兩種狀況,有人叫我吞,有人叫我檢舉。檢舉了會被黑掉嗎?
