甲乙按應有部分比例，把A地分割成a1、a2，甲拿a1 乙拿a2。
丙實行抵押權，拍定人丁。
請問：最後的結果是甲丁共有A地 ？
還是甲丁共有a1地，乙丁共有a2地 ？
還是甲拿a1，丁拿a2 ？
