我在全家便利商店打工,店長以時薪72元工資聘請我,我之前笨笨不知道有基本薪資,結果我一算72*7hr*31天也才15624元,跟基本薪資的15,840元有出入,可是我又簽了以時薪72元的報酬的切結書。我是後來才發現的,上知識爬文,有人說如果以時薪來講的話,每小時不得低於66元,那這樣店長就沒犯法,但是我們是月領的,是算月薪還時薪?如果是月薪的話,那店長是犯法囉?日薪來講的話,也才72*7=504元。請問這樣的情況,我如果付諸行動,店長是有算��
