寄來成績單時 才發現有BMI限制 只有冏而已
事已至此,也下定決心給自己一個星期,看能不能減到標準體重
在星期五收到體檢單的當下,馬上去搜尋FITNESS,和各種快速減重的方法
1.避免同時吃蛋白質和澱粉類,因此我這六天只有吃瘦肉 燙青菜 水煮蛋 1╱4 片蘋果
瘦肉分量每餐5片大拇指大小的雞胸肉,水煮蛋一天一顆不要吃蛋黃
2.前三天為了增加代謝,每天平均灌了3000C.C.的白開水,絕對不要喝含糖飲料,否則前工
盡棄
3.運動,有氧和無氧兼做,由於這幾天都在下雨,我主要以跳繩和開合跳為主,早中晚睡前4次
每次30~40分鐘;伏地挺身也是一天作4次各30下 深蹲4次各20下 仰臥起坐4次各30~40下
持續4天 最後2天不喝水(真的很渴就含30C.C.) 運動同樣持續 最後一天斷食才終於達標
減重真不容易~~
今天在台中醫院施測時,最擔心的就是握力,不過幸好有50 47 ,有及格
反而血壓量了6次才達標,更痛的是體檢費945元 8號下午才能領
台中還有哪家醫院可以隔日領的嗎?(承蒙各位大德賜教)
經歷這次減重,期許自己不要只是讀書,也要注意身體健康,平時多運動,否則體檢時就爆囉
