各位網友大家好:
從就業到現在 已經3年多
一開始也領了很低的22K 但隨著經驗累積
終於有機會以倍數成長薪資
有個統計 台灣有360萬人 月薪不到3萬元 佔30歲以下63%
資方 專家當然會說出一套理由 說延遲就業 或是大學生多等話
但薪資低確實是事實
很難想像低薪資會有多好的生活品質
那 房子 車子 婚姻 到底要怎麼經營或是規劃???
根本無法規劃
但我發現 台灣的底層員工 真的都太溫和了
當然 會有人說 你不做 一堆人等著做 這類消極鴕鳥心態的話
但~~問題總要去解決
要靠政府改善環境 不可能 連時薪多個6元 就像大便拉不出來在那哭哭
資方更不可能替最底層的員工想
那為何大家都不生氣 都不會想要走上街頭 去改變目前的現況???
依造比例原則 低薪 底層 與勞力工作者 是就業環境底下 人最多的區塊
但大家都好像習慣了
我很好奇為何大家都不生氣 都不會想說政府到底在搞什麼鬼???
