朋友6月的時候應徵上台北市某家鬼屋的暑期工讀生
6月底時朋友告訴我7月初開始要受訓
而受訓期間僅以半薪(55元/HR)計酬
當時聽朋友講完後
我用我的手機打電話給負責人(下稱A)
直接跟A講關於受訓的事
包括半薪跟時數的問題
問他每天的受訓時數會不會超過8小時
A說基本上應該不會超過(事後證明根本在屁,某一天受訓甚至超過12小時)
而薪水方面,A說受訓其實只是一些經驗的分享與教導,所以才以半薪計
當時我也不知道為什麼傻傻的接受他的說法 <= 我承認沒據理力爭是我的錯
掛掉電話後,隔了三分鐘A就回撥我的電話
A:可以讓我知道你是誰的朋友嗎?
我:不好意思,我不方便透漏耶(白癡才透漏給你,以為大家都白癡會讓朋友被衝康?)
A:可是我想知道是哪位成員有這種想法,讓我知道也比較方便跟他溝通
我:就是因為朋友不敢直接反應才找我,我怎麼知道你知道他是誰之後不會搞他?
A:我們不會對他怎樣,只是想知道他為何有這種想法,如果他對我們團隊的做法
有意見的話,我想跟他討論看看,也許他不適合我們的團隊,所以可以跟我講
你的朋友是哪位嗎?
我:你為什麼一直堅持要知道他是誰?
A:因為我們之後會簽一份保密協議,blahblahblah.....所以可以知道你朋友是誰嗎?
我被他的無線迴圈搞到很煩,直接跟他說:
就跟你說不方便透漏了,你一直纏是怎樣? 我已經接受你受訓期間半薪的說法
你再纏下去我直接舉報相關單位
這才結束我們的對話
事情還沒結束
昨天突然想到當時A所講的合約書
就叫朋友把合約書拿給我看
結果發現另一個不合理的地方
這間鬼屋是排班制,全天班是從早上11點到晚上10點(客人太多的話會到11點)
其中有一條在講加班費仍以110/HR計
我有把部分合約內容拍下來

但合約的另一張有一條提到不得洩漏此合約給他人(沒拍下來)
所以我不知道這樣PO出來會不會有法律的問題
如果有疑慮的話再麻煩知道的人跟我說一聲,我會馬上刪除連結
最後整理一下:
1.受訓期間每小時僅以55元計,遠低於規定之最低工資109元/HR
某一天的受訓超過12小時,可憐的工讀生領的錢連800塊都不到
2.超時工作,超過8小時的部分仍以110元/HR計
工讀生累了一整天,卻沒有拿到相對應的報酬
上層把人事成本極度精簡,錢都進了誰的口袋裡?
朋友跟他很多同事都不知道半薪跟超過工時薪資有加乘
是朋友跟我講我才查覺有異
業主看準小小工讀生對相關法律的無知
業主以不合理的薪資雇用這些小工讀生
並且還敢大剌剌的把違反法律的規定列在合約書上
今天若沒有把這件事公諸於世
明年、後年、大後年同樣的事只會有更多的無知工讀生被無良業主壓榨
