營造業領6.8W算多嗎？ - 薪水

在營造業擔任工地主任，薪水約6.8W，但
1.無法休假日。
2.平日放假，業主或工地人員拼命打電話問事情。休假很煩躁。
3.還被老闆講盡量不要連續休2天的假。
4.條件談照人事行政局的休假天數排休，但往往只有放4-6天。
5.老闆安排的助手，都是新手，還要幫忙教。
6.小公司老闆說了算，掛主任，沒有什麼權利，充其量就只是個監工，但有問題就是怪到
我這裏。
這樣的公司，待得好累，可以聽聽大家的建議，適合待嗎？也想聽聽營造業同行的苦水，
聽大家分享一下。
