申請育嬰留停被要求簽這個合理嗎 - 職場

因年底要生產,12/6開始請產假,也向公司提出後續會請育嬰假6個月,我清楚知道育嬰
留停,在職年資是會暫時停止計算,相對也影響日後特休給予的算法及天數!
但近日公司除了拿相關申請育嬰留停的文件給我填寫外,還多了ㄧ張切結書?

讓我很疑惑,因為第一次請育嬰留停
所以不清楚公司這樣子提出是合理的嗎?
補充:
公司的特休算法用曆年制按比例給予
我在109.9.17到職至今年110.9.17也到職ㄧ年
在今年公司給我5天特休
(其中3天是到職半年的3天,2天是到職ㄧ年按比例先給我2天)
所以等於我還有5天特休是尚未休的
只是在於我明年是育嬰留停期間(2022.2~2022.8)
所以不是很能理解為何我復職(預計2022.8月復職)如果要使用特休卻不能使用?而還要
等6個月後才能使用特休...
有人可以幫我解答嗎?謝謝大家!
