(書讀累了,突然有感而發)
歷經半年,想起一開始接觸刑法跟刑事訴訟法,覺得那根本是有字天書,霧裡看花。
後來選擇程宇老師,豁然開朗,同時打通任督二脈,發現原來法律的世界其實很有趣,
並不是一開始想像中背法條這樣的枯燥乏味。
程宇老師上課方式不花俏,主要是以體系架構、課本內容、審題三大方向,一開始第一
堂課,老師會把整部法律的主軸畫在黑板,大略說明讓我對整部法律有概念,之後依照
課本內容逐一上課。例如訴訟法, 從一開始強制處分、證據一直延伸到最後判決確定,
同時搭配重點法條。
第一次看到課本時,發現課本相較市面上其他的薄,曾有疑慮,但之後發現對解題並無
礙,原來已去蕪存菁,變得容易上手,對很難的司法考試仍游刃有餘。
「帶腦袋來、課前預習課後複習」是老師常耳提面命,所以課程中全神貫注是必要的,
課前預習、課後複習有助於吸收理解。曾有個朋友上過程宇老師的課,一年錄取書記官,
心底一直記得他的口頭禪「趕快複習」,可見真的很重要。
一開始雖然很不適應老師的教學(有時會跳來跳去),後來發現老師是先抓出思考的主軸
順序,之後在加上細微的小東西,是很完整的思考脈絡,有助於解題。
而體系架構比較像數學公式,有公式解題也變得輕鬆,上課時搭配大量的題目,快速抓
到考點。還有一點最令我佩服,在茫茫的文字中,抓出核心關鍵文字跟思考主軸,對於
很討厭背書的我可是一大福音。
雖然還在考試階段中,但似乎不再這麼無所適從,大家一起加油!
