月薪含加班約60k
做到老不升官約80k
月休約13天
排班制偶爾會停休
家裡：
鑽孔切割
薪水是目前的2-3倍
月休4-5天
工作彈性可以自己安排
目前考慮的點在於穩定性
不確定如果回家接
在未來受到經濟影響會不會越接越少
但“目前”回家的話月薪150k-200k不是問題
想請問網友會怎麼選
