小弟在某四大分所上班
現在雖然是過年前夕 但對各事務所來說仍然是非常忙碌的"忙季"..
但最近組上的LV3 LV4流行玩"崩潰不幹""中途落跑"等遊戲 Case幾乎都快開天窗了..
經理們似乎感到大事不妙 開始幹些收買人心之事
但收買方式 實在很....舉例如下
1.突然詢問起你對事務所的想法,對於你所提的任何不滿都點頭稱是
2.莫名地稱讚你的工作表現,並期勉你將來在LV3的位置好好一展長才
(自認做得很混 擔不起這稱讚)
3.有意無意地向你提起自己其實也很不滿xxx,也知道哪些領組都擺爛...等等
4.但話鋒一轉又向你傾訴事務所的經營其實也很困難...balabala
5.神秘兮兮地分享過去中途落跑或只做2年就出去的同仁不順遂的經歷
講了一堆,講得很動人...但就是一直避開重點中的重點
錢勒?
真的這麼想留人,薪水才不會這樣給拉...別騙肖了
四大真的很病態,加班不實報是常識中的常識,
但公費緊外勤時間不夠長要加班,客戶趕著要數字也要加班,母公司趕著要認長投..
還是要加班
即使如此經理跟領組的bonus還是看成本率
結果就變成上頭的為了bonus設加班上限,領組為了自己報多一點砍下面的
下面的有所疑惑就開始洗腦"學習成本要自己吸收""出外勤前研究底稿不夠仔細"
一堆莫名其妙的理由 再不行就開大決"你覺得你的表現值得拿這份薪水嗎?"
我不值這份薪水的話還那不趕快開除我....這不是病態是啥?
本薪的話...LV3沒到40K以上 LV4沒有50K以上 還敢怪沒人想留
可笑的是連"學習IFRS"這種東西都能拿出來當留人的籌碼
留在四大是可以得到更多IFRS的經驗沒錯,但四大導IFRS應該是為了case而不是員工吧?
不然不花錢導,不花錢教,時候到了靠理級以上下去扛?
這種打自己臉的話也說得臉不紅氣不喘的...
或許有人會說 當初進四大的目的不是為了錢 是為了學習或累積資歷 錢不用看太重
當初我也是這樣想 但一段時間後我就改觀了
工作的目的就是為了生活 生活要錢 工作的成就感來自於受肯定 最直接的肯定也是錢
(口頭上嘉許一下誰都會吧?有啥用)
或許有人會說 要看遠一點 著重在未來...
我也想過..但目前的我(們)連每天睡飽一點這點基本的生活需求都無法達成了
還有多少力氣考慮到以後的事呢? (有終極目標者例外)
