考前調整狀態 - 考試

各位國考前輩大家好
小弟再過幾天就要考試了,雖然小弟之前就有考過三次
但前幾次都是去練筆考經驗,故壓力比較不會那麼大
但這次認真準備了一段時間,隨著時間越近越睡不好
睡起來精神也不是很好,認真看了兩個小時後就昏昏欲睡
中午吃完飯會躺在床上小睡一下,但下午看書狀況也不是很好
我怕到了考試的時候,考一整天的情形下,怕會有注意力不集中
不知道前輩們可以給後輩一點調整作息的方法,剩下10天而已
希望到時候考試時身體狀況可以調整好。
