考績法 第12條
無獎懲抵銷而累積達兩大過者 年終考績應列丁等
那如果有獎懲抵銷 仍累積滿兩大過呢？
又曾記兩大功人員 考績不得列乙等以下
該兩大功 包含專案考績嗎？
或是單指兩次一大功累積？
不得列乙等以下 是指單列甲等嗎？
以上 我整個概念不清 還請各位不吝指點
