菜鳥請假去畢旅有那麼嚴重嗎？ - 公職

我是今年即將畢業的大學生，為了等其中一個人考完7月中的公職考試，也為了避開暑假旺季，和同學的畢旅訂在8月底。
另外一個人連假已經跟家人出國玩了，他爸說他有出國了，所以不讓他跟我們，還提到第一份工作蠻重要的，我們這樣有點本末倒置，應該在畢業前就出國玩，快畢業時去找工作然後一連串的面試，而不是到8月底才畢旅，萬一面試在出國期間怎麼辦？
我原本是打算現在開始寫自傳和履歷，如果很順利的找到工作，那就請假5天去畢旅。
請問大家覺得我的想法會太天真了嗎？
如果你是公司主管會怎麼看我這個菜鳥呢？
大家覺得這樣做妥當嗎？
