【工作內容】
主要針對銀行外匯系統與網路的建置跟維護

【徵求條件】
最主要的要求就是英文"聽說讀寫", 因為溝通的人都在新加坡或英國.
但主要以讀跟寫為主, 因為都是以email為主.

基本Windows安裝設定跟安裝, 也就是windows的能力要比一般人能熟,
但不用熟到Server這類的.
Cisco 概念不用很深, 但疑難雜症要能解決,
當出現問題時會有人用英文電話教你操作,
所以基本的東西會就可以了. 因此英文算是基本要求,
不用很強, 但電腦類跟商用基本的英文都要懂.
每天最少有3封的英文email, 要能看懂. 備註有範本,
能懂就表示你可以勝任.
不過最好Singlish跟English都能懂.

台北市民權東路1段72號11F-17

【工作時間】
9:00~18:00 週休2日
不過工作責任是24hrs on call, 有加班費
但目前沒有發生半夜叫人起床去修電腦

Hello GMS,
Can you please inform us how issue of WO 47570 was solved?
The initial request was to dispatch an engineer to check cable and w/s to
switch. Also to confirm connection, once w/s had been swapped, and making
sure user was able to log in and stay up for at least 5 minutes.
There is a confirmation in the ticket from Ben Wan that indeed the w/s was
swapped and user was able to login. And he stayed onsite for 15 minutes
and w/s is running fine.
Ritchard Lim would like to know what was done to fix the problem.

Please be advised that we are planning to perform scheduled maintenance to
Service Desk database through change 12442. This maintenance will start on
Saturday May 30th, 2009 at 10:00am EST through 10:30am. During the
maintenance the Service desk service will not be available including
automatic notification escalations and ticketing.


During the maintenance window GTCC should perform manual monitoring through
OVO and NNM browsers and escalate events to the appropriate support groups
manually. All Service Desk users are required to shutdown Service Desk
clients before leaving for the weekend.
