到新公司一個月
今天才知道公司發薪水是發"現金支票"
而且還不是發全額....
老闆說公司不論薪資多少，每個人都是先發2萬元現金支票，餘額的部分發現金
也就是說，如果我的薪水是30000，發薪水時我會拿到一張2萬元現金支票+1萬現金...
老實說我想破頭也不知道為什麼公司要這麼做...
且不說每個月要去軋支票有多麻煩，總是覺得這樣很詭異...
請問公司是想規避甚麼嗎???
版上有人的公司也是這樣嗎???
如果有可以分享一下嗎???
我好擔心這樣會不會不知不覺得有某些權益被犧牲....
