行政學師資(程和郭)哪個適合申論? - 考試

各位前輩，小女子有事請教(程明和郭雋)哪個適合，
目前三等考的選擇分數約38~44間，
可是申論題的分數一直沒有進步，
地特三等考了個位數，
所以想請教 申論題的師資，
到底是程明優？還是郭雋較好呢？
或者是申論該怎準備才好？
還是說大家都是寶典拿來，背一背用默寫的呢？
