我的工作內容實在太無聊了而且一成不變
導致做不到30分鐘就開始想睡
每天基本上是睡到自然醒約睡7小時 沒設鬧鐘通常是起床尿尿順便起床
而且沒有同事一個人做到死 工時可長可短看我的精神力 理論上應該是十幾個小時
但很多時間都在摸魚
唯一的優點就是很輕鬆自由 可以聽歌聽綜藝節目聽什麼都可以
只是眼跟右手要守在電腦前點點點
試過很多方法
1.講電話
講電話聊天很好提神
但是找不到人講電話或line通話....
2.薄荷口香糖
約提神20分鐘就沒用了
3.提神飲料
無感
4.小睡30分鐘
有時候會越睡越想睡
5.狂拍自己大腿
腿很痛還要一直虐待自己不好用
不知道有沒有哪些妙招希望版友傳授一下謝謝
