"要怎麼在有壓力的狀況下還是能正常睡覺?"
這是一直深深困擾著我的問題...(看我的PO文時間就知道了 Orz)
在白天工作的時候,因為知道自己正在一件一件解決問題,壓力反而不會這麼大
在晚上要入睡時,很習慣性會想到工作(特別是那種延續性的,無法一時處理完的工作),
這時因為無法處理,壓力反而暴增開來,
開會前一天晚上也會(我是負責召開會議的人,大小事情都是我一人負責,碰到自己提的案
子,還要準備現場說明)
以上最糟的狀況,我會一夜未闔眼...><
然後第二天嚴重的精神不濟跟頭痛
我試過睡前喝酒,但效果不彰還被醫生罵.
有好幾次想說吃個安眠藥算了,至少可以讓隔天的工作順利進行
但是怕成癮又忍了下來.
請問各位,有沒有能在有壓力狀況下還能正常睡眠的方法?(吃藥除外)
或是要怎樣調整自己的心態?
我真的很需要...謝謝大家><
