因為公司與客人有消費爭議的問題
當時公司請我當代理人去開協調會 消保官認為我們公司還是退部份金額
當下打回去公司問 主管說無法決定
所以 消保官有打個開會紀錄單 說我們公司要于幾月幾號回覆客人
後來公司開會決議 還是不給 叫我也不用回覆給客人
說那個會議紀錄沒有什麼效用 那這樣我還要通知客人說公司決定不退款嗎
還是放著不管 我問過主管 如果人家打來問說怎麼沒有回覆
主管說 跟他說忘記了(囧)
