我已經舉ㄌ啞鈴快1年ㄌ,就連體育用品店ㄉ老闆都說你1天舉10下1ㄍ月就有ㄌ,,,我現在每天都舉2組<1組35下>14磅就是6KG都還是沒有我是左投手舉啞鈴是為ㄌ增加球速..健握器仰臥起坐跑步伏立挺身都有再做,至於啞鈴ㄉ問題連做ㄉ時候都沒感覺有變得比較硬耶...對於這ㄍ問題我真ㄉ非常ㄉ疑問??感謝哪一位大大能助我一臂之力卸卸!
