試用期無勞健保 - 職場

我朋友從七月開始在一個半公家單位上班
是長輩介紹進去的
不過公司卻跟他說 三個月內試用期所以沒有勞健保
因為也怕他沒有通過試用期 一下加保一下退保 公司很麻煩也有可能會被懷疑
(懷疑的點是什麼，大概也沒人知道)
總之她現在很困擾
我爬過文，也問過其他長輩，知道這件事情並非正常
尤其還出現在半公家機關，實在很荒謬
因此我一直想要幫她打電話到勞工局申訴
但她覺得很擔心會因此丟了工作而希望我緊事緩辦
即使我跟他說 勞工局依法不能透漏舉發者
他也覺得因為公司只有他一個新人，很容易就被發現
想請教我朋友可以怎麼辦，或者我可以怎麼幫她~
