我是分公司的人事組長，底下有13個組員。
公司產業比較特別，非一般製造業。
由於我是組長，所以同事出錯我就要出來承擔。
最近同事接二連三出錯，總公司主管直接＂飆＂我，
真的有種無力感，加上我住外面，一個月房租加伙食就16000
工作了三年一直存不到錢，我到底該不該放下一切，回家鄉重新找工作呢？
