目前在苗栗上班,
租屋加上水電一個月六千,
其實苗栗的套房沒有很便宜,
不過坪數真的比台北大很多...
因為自己孤家寡人一個想說買個公寓就行了,
上網查了價格約2~300萬吧,
目前月薪約四萬,
月存兩萬五左右,
這種情況下適合買房嗎???
本身為銀行員工有購屋貸款優惠利率,
可是這邊房價好像一直跌的樣子 囧"
