想請問大家，在唸書半小時後若累了，會用多久時間休息？
用什麼方式休息？
我目前唸書，因為背的東西很多，常常背半小時，腦袋就覺得快塞滿了，所以我會讓自己休息10分鐘，但這10分鐘我會不知道要怎麼讓自己放鬆，因為覺得腦袋很緊繃，不知道有沒有前輩可以提供一下意見，我再來試試參考一下，感謝！
再請問一下，我背半小時，休息10分鐘，休息時間會不會太長啊？有時候心裡會有罪惡感，覺得好像休息太久了！不知道各位在休息的時間上大多是多久呢？
