The charge to your credit card was declined. You may try to resubmit your payment now or try again at a later time. If you choose to try again within 48 hours, the information you entered today will be saved and you will begin in the Payment section after confirming your selected exam offering. Please be aware that if a deadline passes during those 48 hours, however, your fees may be increased accordingly or the exam offering you selected may no longer be available. If you try again more than 48 hours
from now, you will have to complete all sections again.
不知道怎嚜處理信用卡相關的問題?!
