請問這樣問主管ok嗎? - 職場

前陣子直屬主管對我們表現不大滿意
那時主管說:「我醜話說在前頭,如果之後誰的工作表現主動性不夠
我就會把那個人換掉」
因為聽了有些害怕
前幾天用LINE問了主管個問題
「XXX,有件事想請問你,假如...未來發現我能力不足以做現在這工作
那是否可以讓我換到別的Team,讓我做.NET,就像我一開始進來做的案子那樣?
你有說過.NET難度沒有sharepoint那麼高」
我們是軟體公司,我們team是負責做sharepoint的
而我剛進來時因為我們team沒有案子,那時主管安排我支援別的team做.NET
那時都做的好好的,所以我才這麼問
而主管也曾說過我們做的Sharepoint比.NET難度更高
要我更認真做
然後我還接著問第二個問題
「還有我想知道做.NET的話工作地點是在古亭還是內湖,謝謝」
因為我們公司有兩個據點,一個離我家近,一個較遠
可是訊息狀態都是已讀不回
我也不敢追問主管
我也發現主管FB似乎把我列入「受限制的對象」了
因為都看不到他之前的動態了
只看的到 分享對象:公開 的動態
是不曉得和這事有沒有相關
所以我想請問大家,我那樣子問主管是否ok?
如果不ok,那當初應該怎麼問才對?
還是根本不該問?
