首先感謝各位鄉民的指導，今天下午先跟副總、營運總監開會(老闆說我們三個先開)
最後我依鄉民的意見告知
1.扣本薪違法
2.假日上班需員工同意才可以
後來副董跟營運總監說要跟總經理開會
結果得到這樣的結論(○○是我的名字)
如果明天上午十一點以前，看○○的選擇。
1.願意道歉，並取得每一位同事的個別原諒：1個小過。
2.了解自己錯了但沒跟每個同事道歉，2個小過。
3. 不道歉也不承認自己錯了，1個大過。
4. 不道歉不認為自己錯了還提告讓勞保局前來關切，2個大過。
若3，4發生，從20210801開始每個工時表每小時為單位計算績效，績效不符合薪資價值重
新估算薪資。還有其他問題讓公司的法律顧問出面處理。
請問這樣對嗎
